October is known to be the month of Halloween, the name that derives from the contracted form of All Hallows Eve and which refers to All Saints’ Eve. A festival that comes from far away whose origins remain shrouded in legend: according to an ancient story it was Stingly Jack, an Irish farmer, who invented the famous hollowed out pumpkin, a symbol of this anniversary.
